Kyle Wray, owner and master distiller of the Avonak Distillery in Texas, has both the iStill 5000 and the iStill 500. He uses the machines integrally, meaning that the iStills are used to do the whole process of mashing, fermenting, and distilling. Without pumping stuff over. Here is a picture of his set-up.
